Looking Ahead: The NSW/ACT Diversity & Inclusion Forum
Looking Ahead: The NSW/ACT Diversity & Inclusion Forum
Next week, the NSW/ACT Diversity & Inclusion Forum will bring together voices from across the leisure, fitness and recreation sectors to explore how we can better serve our communities, especially those who are often underrepresented in this sector.
Belgravia Foundation, along with the members of the forum organising committee, acknowledges the sponsors whose support is helping make this gathering possible. Their commitment ensures that the conversations we need to have about access, equity, and belonging, can take place in a space built on collaboration and care.
This Forum reflects the evidence that has been heard through, sector-wide surveys, and the lived experiences of people who use and work in leisure spaces. It’s a chance to listen deeply, share evidence, and co-design solutions that respond to real needs.
Sponsors are not just supporting an event, they’re investing in a future where everyone has the opportunity to participate, connect, and thrive. Their commitment brings community perspectives to the forefront.
With gratitude to sponsors:
AUSactive – providing sector-wide insights that shape inclusive fitness practices.
Belgravia Leisure – creating welcoming spaces and programs that reflect the diversity of the communities they serve and actively working to reduce barriers to participation through local partnerships and inclusive design.
Cerge – supporting communication platforms that improve access and inclusion.
Para Mobility – advocating for accessible design and disability inclusion in leisure spaces.
Office of Sport NSW – leading efforts to ensure fairness and safety in active recreation.
Royal Life Saving Australia – championing water safety and inclusive aquatic programs.
These organisations are helping shape a more inclusive sector, one where no one misses out.
To every sponsor who has chosen to stand behind this initiative: thank you. Your support is helping ensure that the future of leisure is one where everyone belongs.
It’s not too late to join us. Tickets for the NSW/ACT Diversity & Inclusion Forum are still available here, be part of the conversation that’s driving change.
