Celebrating Success and Collaboration: Belgravia Leisure's Annual Awards Night

On the vibrant evening of July 25th, Belgravia Leisure hosted their annual awards ceremony. The awards night was filled with over 15 categories, each shining a spotlight on the remarkable achievements and dedicated individuals that define Belgravia Leisure's inspiring journey.

Among the accolades, was the Belgravia Foundation Award. This distinguished category holds a special place, as it honors the profound collaboration between Belgravia Leisure and the Belgravia Foundation. This dynamic partnership has given life to a spectrum of wonderful programs and initiatives, transforming venues into vibrant hubs of positive impact.

The meticulous nomination criteria dove into the depths of innovation, exploring how evidence was gathered, fundraising efforts orchestrated, co-design and co-action elements, and most importantly, the profound ripple effects on participants and the broader community.

This year witnessed an unprecedented surge in award nominations, showcasing the boundless creativity and unwavering commitment of Belgravia Leisure's teams. While the competition was fierce, one initiative was announced as the winner on the night - the Golf for Good initiatives across Australia.

The Golf for Good initiatives occurred in February this year with the synergy between Belgravia Foundation and Belgravia Leisure's golf venues sparking a nationwide movement. Under the banner of Golf for Good, initiatives brought local communities together to support future golf programs for under-represented groups to ensure no one misses out on the opportunity to participate. Some fantastic initiatives were co-designed between local stakeholders including:

·       All Abilities Mini Golf

·       Mini Golf Champions

·       Charity Golf Tournament

·       Get Together Club
