As Chair of the Belgravia Foundation, Alex provides strategic leadership and governance oversight, helping guide the Foundation’s vision, growth and community impact agenda.
Brooke Hanson
Olympic Gold Medallist, media personality and passionate advocate for health and wellbeing, Brooke brings a strong commitment to community participation, youth development and healthy lifestyles. Her experience as both an elite athlete and community ambassador provides a valuable perspective on the power of sport to change lives.
Anthony McIntosh
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, BELGRAVIA LEISURE
Anthony contributes extensive leadership, commercial and governance experience, helping ensure the Foundation remains focused on sustainable growth, strategic partnerships and long-term impact.
Nick Cox

As Chief Executive Officer of Belgravia Leisure, Nick Cox brings extensive leadership experience in community leisure and recreation, helping guide the Foundation’s strategic direction and alignment with the Belgravia Group’s purpose of connecting communities to leisure.

Catherine brings significant expertise in community engagement, leadership and organisational development. Her commitment to creating positive social outcomes helps shape the Foundation’s inclusive and community-focused approach.
Richard Thornton
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, BELGRAVIA OUTDOOR EDUCATION
Richard is the CEO of Belgravia Outdoor Education. He was the Chair of Outdoors Victoria, which is the Peak Body and voice for outdoor education and outdoor activities in Victoria. He contributes strategic insight, governance expertise and a strong commitment to community development.
Brian Waldron
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, SPORT AT BELGRAVIA APPAREL
Brian is the CEO – Sport at Belgravia Apparel. He is a highly respected leader with a broad network and passion for community outcomes and will support the Foundation’s growth and impact aspirations.
Cherie Mills
NATIONAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT, BELGRAVIA LEISURE
Cherie brings deep operational knowledge and a practical understanding of community impact delivery. Her role helps bridge strategy and implementation, ensuring the Foundation’s programs and initiatives are effectively delivered.
Damian Gorman
EXECUTIVE OFFICER, BELGRAVIA LEISURE
As Executive Officer, Damian is responsible for leading the Foundation’s strategic development, partnerships, fundraising, stakeholder engagement and impact initiatives. Working closely with the Board, Damian drives the Foundation’s mission to increase participation, reduce barriers and create healthier, more connected communities.
