Mareg, once a regular at Loftus Recreation Centre, shooting hoops on the basketball courts, has seamlessly transitioned from a passionate participant to a valuable team member. In partnership with a local employment agency, Mareg embraced the opportunity to become a Recreation Assistant, defying stereotypes surrounding individuals with disabilities.
